Job summary

dormakaba International Holding AG in Hallam is seeking a Customer Experience professional for a 12-month contract. You will process orders in SAP, manage backorders, and liaise with internal and external customers to support sales excellence.

The role requires strong data accuracy, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Onsite at Hallam, with regular hours on weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Accurate data entry by keying orders into SAP (CRM System).
• Manage case queues, backorders and exceptions.
• Build and maintain rapport with new and existing customers.
• Ensure fluid communication is maintained between multiple departments.
• Acceptance of occasional inbound calls.
• Escalation of customer queries to Customer Service Manager.
