Job summary

dormakaba International Holding AG in Australia is seeking two Internal Sales Support Officers to join our Access Control Solutions team. You will act as a vital link between customers, the Sales team and internal operations, handling enquiries, quotations and orders accurately and on time.

One role emphasizes administration and order management, the other collaborates closely with Sales and national accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales support, internal sales, customer service or similar role.
• Strong customer service skills and a confident, professional phone manner.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Good computer skills and confidence working across systems, customer portals and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and provide professional, timely support.
• Prepare accurate quotations and help customers identify the right product solutions.
• Coordinate customer orders, invoicing and delivery with Sales, technical, projects, warehouse and other internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records, follow up quotes and support account, contract and sales activities.
