dormakaba International Holding AG is seeking a detail-oriented quotes and orders coordinator in our Hallam team. The role focuses on producing accurate quotes and efficiently processing orders through Salesforce CRM and SAP systems.

You will interact with clients by email to obtain missing information, ensure pricing accuracy, and keep data up to date in Salesforce while supporting cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience using Salesforce CRM to generate and manage quotes and orders.
• Ability to verify pricing, specifications and client details with high accuracy.
• Strong communication via email and collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong working understanding of the Salesforce CRM system.
• Generation of quotes and liaising with clients to obtain missing information.
• Processing orders and converting approved quotes into sales orders.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and coordinate with sales, operations and finance.
