Job summary

Pact Group is seeking a proactive Customer Experience/Internal Sales professional to manage a dedicated portfolio and act as a primary contact for customer enquiries, orders and post‑sale support. You will collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate records and timely delivery.

With SAP and Dynamics CRM experience, you will drive customer satisfaction, provide quotes, and support revenue growth while maintaining meticulous data across systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Internal Sales, Customer Experience or Planning.
• Proficiency with SAP and Dynamics CRM or similar systems.
• Strong administration skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries via phone, email and online platforms.
• Process customer orders, amendments and delivery requests.
• Build strong relationships with an assigned customer base.
• Identify opportunities to increase share of wallet and support revenue growth.
• Support Sales & Operations with quotes, reporting and pricing updates.
• Liaise with supply chain and manufacturing to resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain customer records within Dynamics and SAP.
• Handle post-sales enquiries including invoices, POD requests, credits and returns.
• Support S&OP activities and customer forecasting.
• Conduct customer feedback and NPS activities to enhance service delivery.
