Myer Cairns is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead daily department operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll coach multiple teams, drive KPI performance, and model service excellence across the store.

The role offers a 12 month contract with potential for ongoing opportunities as the business grows. You’ll work closely with leadership to foster a customer-first culture and drive sales through strong people leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience is required (Retail Manager/Area Manager or similar).
• Demonstrated ability to drive customer-focused results and coach teams effectively.
• Strong time management and prioritisation in a fast-paced store environment.
