You will influence store culture, develop future leaders and drive operational excellence in one of our highest-profile stores.

• Proven leadership experience in retail, ideally department stores or other cusotmer-focused environments
• Passion for creating engaging customer experiences and building high-performing teams
• Strong people leadership skills with a 'hands-on', collaborative approach and a track record of growing talent
• Commercially minded with experience driving sales, productivity and operational outcomes
• Confident communicator who can lead through change and inspire others
• Resilient, ada;table and energised by working in a fast-paced environment
