Job summary

Myer Wagga is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead a high-performing retail team across store departments. You will coach, mentor and develop staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial results on the shop floor.

In this pivotal leadership role you will champion our customer-first culture, oversee daily operations and workforce planning, and collaborate with store leaders to ensure operational excellence and consistent service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Retail Manager, Area Manager or similar, ideally in Retail or Department Store environment
• Strong people leadership skills with a 'hands-on', collaborative approach
• Demonstrated ability to drive team performance, meet KPIs and manage performance effectively
• Customer focused with superior customer service skills
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail operations
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
