Job summary

Myer in Brisbane is seeking a Team Leader to inspire and develop our in-store service and selling team to deliver high performance and exceed customer expectations. You will lead and motivate the team to drive sales targets and ensure customers receive personal attention by creating an exceptional shopping experience.

To succeed, you will have proven people leadership in a retail environment, strong communication with management, and a passion for customer service.

Qualifications

People leadership / supervisory experience within a retail big box / department environment.
Retail sales experience with proven customer service and selling skills.
Able to foster effective communication and collaboration with the management team of the store, team members and customers.
Time management and work prioritisation with a strong work ethic and problem solving skills.
Passion for customer service and a love of retail.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the team to drive sales targets and create an exceptional in-store experience.
Inspire and develop the service and selling team to high performance and exceed customer expectations.
Partner with Customer Service Manager to align on store goals and customer satisfaction.
