Job summary

Coles Group is seeking a Leader to drive frontline service across stores, distribution centres and sites, ensuring customers have a safe, seamless shopping experience. You’ll lead by example, coaching your team and delivering a fast, friendly and efficient service.

In this role you’ll oversee trolley operations, cleaning services and safety compliance, while inspiring your crew to uphold Coles values and provide exceptional customer care in a diverse, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop your team.
• Ability to push/pull floor cleaning equipment and push trolleys.
• Strong focus on safety and compliance.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 16 kg.
• Excellent communication and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the trolley collection and cleaning services to ensure safe and welcoming stores.
