Job summary

The Coles Group in New South Wales is seeking a capable leader to take charge of the customer service department and front-of-store operations. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will oversee checkouts, service desk and ensure a welcoming, well-presented store for customers and team members.

You will coach and develop a diverse team, drive sales targets, rostering and cost control while upholding health and safety standards.
