WT Sports and Recognition Pty Ltd, North Parramatta NSW, is seeking a Customer Service, Online & Showroom Sales / Office Administrator to be the welcoming first contact for customers and to support showroom and office operations.

You will handle online orders, in-store sales, and day-to-day administration, ensuring accurate order data, a tidy showroom, and a smooth customer experience across online, showroom, and B2B channels.

Formación

• Previous experience in customer service, B2B and B2C online sales or office administration.
• A friendly, approachable and professional manner.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good computer skills and confidence learning new systems.
• Excellent attention to detail when processing orders and updating records.
• The ability to multitask, prioritise enquiries and remain calm in a busy environment.

• Experience with online stores, e-commerce platforms, order processing or retail systems is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries by phone, email and online channels.
• Assist customers with Macron club shop and online store enquiries, including product availability, sizing, order status and collection arrangements.
• Update online orders and maintain accurate customer and order information.
• Manage customer communications relating to order progress, returns, exchanges and other enquiries.
• Investigate customer concerns and work with the relevant internal team to resolve issues.
• Provide clear, helpful information to customers while following established business procedures.
• Welcome walk-in customers and visitors, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Support showroom sales and help customers locate products or obtain the information they need.
