Job summary

Deploy Sports Pty Ltd is seeking a Customer Service and Operations Assistant to be the first point of contact for our customers by email, phone and showroom. You will support the sales team and help with everyday operations in a fast-paced sports business.

Your role covers customer service inbox management, showroom sales, order processing, and basic warehouse support. You will help with order entry, updating records, and ensuring accurate, timely responses and smooth showroom running.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Clear, friendly communication and accurate email writing.
• Willingness to learn new order and customer service systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer service inbox and respond to orders, delivery queries, errors and complaints.
• Answer calls, resolve routine enquiries and connect customers to sales.
• Investigate order issues with sales and warehouse teams and keep customers informed.
• Process showroom orders and payments using approved pricing and procedures.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks such as order entry and updating customer records.
• Assist warehouse with picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch.
