Job summary

Foot Locker in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead and develop the in-store customer experience, coaching teams, and driving sales while protecting assets and ensuring store operations run smoothly.

In the absence of the Store Manager you will assume all responsibilities, training staff, managing visual merchandising, and supervising daily activities with a focus on profitability and service excellence.

Qualifications

1 year of experience in a customer-facing sales setting.
Confident and engaging with customers to deliver elevated experiences.
Motivated by athletic products and great results.
Adaptable in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment.
Initiates tasks without supervision.
Strong ethics, values, integrity and trust.

Responsibilities

Coaching and motivating the team to drive sales and exceptional customer service.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products and collaborating with teammates.
Delivering sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations.
Serve as a partner between customers, sales associates and store leadership.
Learn and share product knowledge and trends to fit customer needs.
Maintain awareness of product knowledge and current trends.
Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
