Job summary

endota Wellness College in Docklands, Melbourne, Victoria, is seeking a Beauty Trainer & Assessor for a part-time role (3 days per week: Mon-Wed). You will deliver the Diploma curriculum and assess learners in a supportive, inclusive environment at our campus.

You will mentor students and contribute to KPI achievement while coordinating class prep and admin.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Diploma in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
• Must hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).
• Experience delivering Beauty Therapy training in an RTO setting (min 3 years).
• Working with Children card or willing to obtain one.
• Evidence of recent practical beauty therapy experience.
• Flexibility to work Open days/Evenings.

Responsibilities

Your Role

Beauty Trainer & Assessor - Part time position - 3 days per week
Monday - Wednesday

endota Wellness College Trainer & Assessors are passionate about providing a high level of training to our students throughout the learning journey at our campus in Docklands, Melbourne, Victoria.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivery of the Diploma curriculum training and undertaking assessment according to the regulatory requirements.
• Using your professional knowledge, you will support student needs, to achieve your KPIs.
• Preparation and administration around class training.
• Professional Development Validation.

Your Skills and Experience

We want our Beauty Therapist students to benefit from industry-led instruction and be mentored by highly knowledgeable and inspiring trainers, who share the strong underlying values and philosophies of our brand.

• You MUST hold a Diploma in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
• You MUST hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).
• You have previous experience delivering exceptional and Beauty Therapy training in an RTO setting minimum 3 years.
• You demonstrate a natural ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, building trust and rapport with others.
• You possess excellent time management and have the ability to work independently.
• You have a Working with Children card (or be willing to acquire one).
• You can provide evidence of recent practical beauty therapy experience.
• You have the flexibility to work Open days/Evenings.
