Job summary

BUSY At Work is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator in Townsville to ensure a positive first impression and educate the local business community on employment services. You will coordinate day-to-day activities of our field-based staff and support clients through scheduling, records management and promotional activities.

The role is full time-fixed term until 30 June 2027, based out of Kirwan with two days per week in Townsville office.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check with no outcomes.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers, providing engaging and professional service.
• Manage appointment scheduling, issue notifications and reminder calls.
• Provide administrative support to customer activities (e.g., resume updates).
• Maintain accurate records and databases.
• Coordinate and maintain marketing material distribution, newsletters and community guides.
