We are seeking a friendly, organised Customer Service Specialist to act as the central link between customers, technicians and the workshop, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.

You will manage enquiries, bookings and quotes, coordinate technician schedules, and maintain accurate records while supporting site managers with workflow planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, scheduling or service advising (automotive highly regarded).
• Confident and professional phone manner.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• High accuracy in data entry and administration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
