GPC Asia Pacific is seeking a friendly Customer Service Specialist for our Keysborough Calibration Centre in Melbourne. You will act as a central link between customers, technicians and the workshop team, coordinating bookings and providing timely updates to keep schedules on track.

Your role focuses on maintaining smooth operations, managing enquiries, and ensuring accurate data entry across the site, with opportunities for ongoing training and career development within a national organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, scheduling or service advising (automotive highly regarded).
• A confident and professional phone manner.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• High accuracy in data entry and administration.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
