ADAS Solutions, part of GPC Asia Pacific, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for its Keysborough Calibration Centre in Melbourne. You will act as the central link between customers, technicians and workshop teams, ensuring clear communication, managing bookings and providing timely job updates to keep schedules on track.

You will coordinate customer enquiries, bookings and quotes, support site managers with workflow planning and maintain accurate administrative records, using MS Office

Formación

• Experience in customer service, scheduling or service advising (automotive highly regarded).
• Confident and professional phone manner.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• High accuracy in data entry and administration.
• Solid Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
