Karmo is Australia’s largest car subscription provider seeking a Customer Experience Consultant on the Gold Coast. You’ll guide customers to the best vehicle plan, deliver outstanding service, and collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless journey from onboarding to renewals.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, customer-first mindset, and experience with CRM systems. A valid Australian driver’s licence is required. Mon-Fri, full-time with a maintained vehicle and benefits on offer.

• Support customers throughout their lifecycle from onboarding to renewals and returns.
• Collaborate with operations, sales and delivery teams to ensure a seamless experience.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
