Karmo is Australia’s leading car subscription provider, currently seeking a Customer Experience Consultant in Brisbane to help customers find the right vehicle and enjoy a seamless journey.

You will guide customers through the subscription process, deliver standout service, and work with operations, sales, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth experience from onboarding to renewals. A passion for customer service and problem solving is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service with a genuine passion for helping people.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building across diverse customer interactions.
• Proficient with CRM systems and comfortable adopting new technology platforms.
• A current, valid Australian Driver’s Licence is a must.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to the best vehicle subscription for their needs.
• Deliver outstanding service that drives loyalty and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the team to meet customer and business goals.
• Support customers throughout onboarding, renewals and returns.

• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
