AutoGuru on the Gold Coast is hiring a full-time customer service specialist who loves cars and can talk customers through service options, bookings, and account questions. You’ll work in an open, collaborative call centre and help match members with automotive solutions while contributing to revenue growth.

Qualifications

Strong sales and customer service capabilities.
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
Ability to navigate software tools and systems.
Interest or knowledge in automotive industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with service needs, bookings, and account inquiries.
Assist Account Managers with member reviews and inbound leads, guiding them appropriately.
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities for AutoGuru products to drive revenue.
