AutoGuru on the Gold Coast is hiring a full-time customer service specialist who loves cars and can talk customers through service options, bookings, and account questions. You’ll work in an open, collaborative call centre and help match members with automotive solutions while contributing to revenue growth.

Ideal candidates bring sales confidence, excellent phone manner, and comfort with software tools. A proactive team player with automotive enthusiasm will thrive in our hybrid work setting,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with service needs, bookings, and account inquiries.
• Assist Account Managers with member reviews and inbound leads, guiding them appropriately.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities for AutoGuru products to drive revenue.

About the role

• This is a full-time position. Mon to Friday only, within the hours of 8am to 4.30pm
• Our call centre features an open, collaborative team environment.
• Go the extra mile for our customers, providing service that exceeds expectations and makes every interaction a first-class experience.
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer journey, accelerating member satisfaction and finding ways to supercharge their account growth.
• Drive revenue forward by equipping our Automotive members with the knowledge and support they need to accelerate their success.
• Resolve disputes, process refunds, and keep everything on track, ensuring a smooth ride.
• Expertly handle inbound and outbound communications, optimise talk time, and navigate booking responses.
• Steer the moderation of supplier reviews and drive resolutions for any negative feedback.
• Accelerate by supporting the Account Managers with regular member account reviews, actioning inbound leads, qualifying them, and steering them in the right direction.
• Rev up sales by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling AutoGuru products.

About you

• Put the pedal to the metal with initiative, sales, and customer service skills, and be ready to shift gears when handling objections and resolving complaints
• Driven and self-motivated, with top-notch interpersonal skills to keep things moving and our customer calls cruising.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with an eagle eye for detail and efficiency, with the ability to pivot within a call centre environment and work as a team.
• Confident under the hood of any software, you know how to troubleshoot, navigate systems, and keep digital tools running smoothly & you are familiar with Microsoft or Google Suite programs.
• Has automotive industry experience or is a car enthusiast who just knows how cars work!
• Maintain a positive attitude even when the pressure is on, comfortably navigating tight deadlines and understanding the value of teamwork.
• Exhibit exemplary time management skills, punctuality, and a commitment to full-time hours.
