Job summary

The Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (GMCT) is seeking a client-focused individual for a casual, part-time role at our Fawkner site, just north of Melbourne. You will handle permit enquiries, insurance claims, and a range of administrative tasks, acting as the first point of contact for clients.

Introduction

• Casual Opportunity, approx. 2 shifts per week
• Hourly Rate: $49.07 including 25% Casual Loading
• Location: Fawkner

Are you someone who has extensive experience in customer care? Are you compassionate by nature?

The opportunity

This role within our Fawkner Cemetery involves being the first point of contact for clients, processing and recording permit enquiries and insurance claims. As well as, assisting with administrative tasks such as customer requests, processing payments, booking sales appointments, etc.

Communication, compassion, and solid customer care skills are key to success in this role.

To be successful in this position you will require:

• Qualification within the Business/Administration field or relevant experience in a similar or comparable role.
