Job summary

Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust in Fawkner, Melbourne, seeks a friendly customer care assistant for a casual role, roughly 2 shifts per week. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling permit enquiries and insurance claims, and will support payments, bookings and other admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Qualification within the Business/Administration field or relevant experience in a similar or comparable role.
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
