The Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (GMCT) is seeking a client-focused individual for a casual, part-time role at our Fawkner site, just north of Melbourne. You will handle permit enquiries, insurance claims, and a range of administrative tasks, acting as the first point of contact for clients.

Qualifications

• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage emotions when faced with demanding and sensitive situations on a regular basis.
• Maintain integrity, trust and confidentiality at all times.
• Qualification within the Business/Administration field or relevant experience in a similar or comparable role.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for clients and process/record permit enquiries and insurance claims.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as customer requests, processing payments and booking sales appointments.
