You will manage bookings, explain recommendations, provide quotations, handle payments, and maintain accurate records to support a smooth customer journey and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers in a warm and professional manner, understanding their service requirements and building strong relationships
• Taking detailed vehicle service bookings and recording comprehensive service requests from customers
• Explaining service recommendations and discussing options to customers in a clear and understandable way
• Providing accurate quotations and discussing pricing with customers to ensure transparency and satisfaction
• Coordinating with the service department to ensure timely job completion and vehicle delivery
• Following up with customers regarding service completion and addressing any concerns or questions
• Maintaining accurate records of service appointments, customer information and vehicle history
• Processing customer payments and handling administrative documentation with accuracy
