Dexus in Sydney is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day management of premium commercial assets and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will work with Property Managers and Facilities teams to strengthen tenant relationships, assist with budgeting, reporting, lease administration and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience within commercial property, property administration, lease administration or property management.
• Exposure to budgeting, financial reporting and lease management activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, organised and detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of a premium commercial asset, delivering exceptional property operations and customer experiences.
• Partner with customers, service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and strong asset performance.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, lease administration and financial management activities.
• Support capital projects and operational improvements that enhance performance and customer outcomes.
