Job summary

Dexus is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team and contribute to the day-to-day management of a premium commercial asset. You'll work with experienced Property and Facilities Managers to deliver outstanding customer experiences, foster strong tenant relationships and support asset performance.

You'll be involved in budgeting, forecasting, lease administration and financial management activities, with exposure to capital projects and initiatives that enhance value.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial property, property administration or lease management.
• Exposure to budgeting, financial reporting and lease management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of a premium commercial asset.
• Build trusted tenant relationships through proactive communication and service excellence.
