Job summary

Dexus is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day management of premium assets within our Australasian portfolio, working with Property Managers and Facilities Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong tenant relationships.

Ideal candidates bring experience in commercial property or lease administration, a proactive, organized mindset and strong communication skills, with a tertiary qualification in property or related fields and knowledge of property

As an Assistant Property Manager, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day management of a premium asset or portfolio of assets. Working alongside experienced Property Managers and Facilities Managers, you'll help deliver outstanding customer experiences, build strong tenant relationships, support operational performance, and contribute to initiatives that enhance asset value and long-term performance.

You will make an impact by:

• Supporting the day-to-day management of a premium commercial asset, delivering exceptional property operations and customer experiences.
• Partnering with customers, service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and strong asset performance.
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, lease administration and financial management activities.
• Supporting capital projects, asset initiatives and operational improvements that enhance performance and customer outcomes.
• Building trusted tenant relationships through proactive communication, problem-solving and service excellence.

About You

You are a customer-focused property professional who thrives on building relationships, solving problems and contributing to the success of a premium commercial asset.

Whether you are taking the next step from a Property or Lease Administration role or bring existing Assistant Property Manager experience, you'll combine strong commercial acumen with a proactive approach and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

You will bring:

• Experience within commercial property, property administration, lease administration or property management.
• Exposure to budgeting, financial reporting and lease management activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive, organised and detail-oriented approach.
• Commercial judgement and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Tertiary qualifications in property, business, finance, economics or a related discipline (preferred)
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management systems will be highly regarded.
