Charter Hall Holdings Pty Limited is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support a high-quality portfolio and help optimize asset performance. You will build strong tenant relationships, assist with inspections, leasing administration and safety obligations across a busy, mixed portfolio.

The role emphasizes proactive service, reporting and stakeholder collaboration, with opportunities to learn from experienced leaders and contribute to sustainability and value growth across assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the commercial property industry.
• Sound management reporting capability.
• Computer literate: Word, Excel, Email, PowerPoint.
• Team player – ability to participate and contribute.
• Pro-active and able to use initiative.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A desire to learn business objectives and grow skills above and beyond the key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the performance of a high-quality property portfolio across a mixed asset portfolio with day-to-day property management activities.
• Assist with inspections, contractor management, lease administration, essential services and safety requirements.
• Contribute to reporting, asset planning, budgeting and forecasting, arrears management and operational excellence.
