PropertyMe in Sydney CBD is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our high‑performing team. You will handle inbound inquiries by phone, email and chat, using our knowledge base to provide timely solutions and ensure a positive customer experience.

In this hybrid role, you will contribute to maintaining accurate ticket notes, build helpful resources, and support ongoing product improvements. A customer‑focused mindset and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in high‑volume, customer‑focused support.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving, collaborative team.
• Experience using Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for inbound support via phone, email and chat.
• Respond to inquiries using the knowledge base and available resources.
• Triage requests and choose appropriate actions to resolve issues.
• Maintain clear, well‑written email and chat responses.
• Keep thorough notes in the ticketing system and support knowledge base.
