City of Yarra is seeking a Customer Experience Team Leader for Yarra Leisure. You will lead front-of-house teams across Richmond Recreation Centre, Fitzroy Pool, Collingwood Leisure Centre, Collingwood Estate Gym, and Burnley Golf Course, driving service excellence and membership sales.

You will report to the Customer Experience Coordinator and guide rosters within budget. You’ll develop and coach staff, manage escalations with empathy, and ensure high standards for nearly one million annual

Qualificações

Proven experience leading front-of-house or membership teams across multiple sites.
Ability to coach, roster and develop diverse teams while meeting budget targets.
Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills for escalations.

Responsabilidades

Oversee reception and membership teams across multiple sites.
Lead service and sales excellence including membership sales and retention.
Build efficient Rosters aligned with operational demands and budget targets.
Utilise feedback to refine service workflows and training.
Coordinate customer communications with council initiatives and safety protocols.
