Job summary

Bloom Hearing Specialists in Marion Clinic, Queensland, is seeking a customer-focused team member. You will engage customers by phone, email, and in person, schedule hearing assessments, and guide them through our range of devices and accessories.

With 2+ years in retail or allied health, you will use CRM and appointment management tools, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to local marketing while performing minor repairs (training provided).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience delivering customer service in retail or allied health environments.
• Good computer literacy and the ability to navigate various software programs (CRM, appointment management, etc.).
• Attention to detail with a solid administrative background and a collaborative spirit.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions, answering inquiries and providing tailored product information.
• Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with our expert audiologists.
• Guide customers through our range of hearing devices and accessories.
• Resolve concerns efficiently to ensure every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.
• Contribute to local marketing efforts to promote our clinic and its services.
• Perform minor hearing aid repairs (training provided).
