Job summary

Bloom Hearing Specialists in Canberra is seeking a customer service focused team member for our Marion Clinic. You will greet customers, answer inquiries by phone, email or in person, and provide tailored product information.

You will schedule hearing assessments with our audiologists, guide customers through devices, resolve concerns, and contribute to local marketing. Training is provided for minor repairs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in retail or allied health.
• Good computer literacy and ability to navigate CRM and appointment systems.
• Attention to detail with a collaborative spirit.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with ability to work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers by phone, email, and in-person interactions, providing tailored product information.
• Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with audiologists.
• Guide customers through hearing devices and accessories.
• Resolve concerns to ensure positive interactions.
• Support local marketing to promote the clinic and services.
• Perform minor hearing aid repairs (training provided).
