Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service in financial services, retail or hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate financial terms clearly.
• Ability to ask the right questions, find solutions and place the customer at the centre of everything you do.
• Capable of working in a busy, commercial retail environment while keeping an eye on the bigger picture for customers.

Responsibilities

• Have in-depth conversations with customers about how we can support their banking needs including Home Loans, Business Banking and Financial Advice.
• Support customers with enquiries, maintenance on accounts and process applications for credit products.
• Demonstrate and educate customers on in-branch technology and digital banking options to provide options.
• Solve problems and provide effective solutions while following processes and maintaining risk controls.
