Responsibilities

• Have in-depth conversations with customers about how we can support their banking needs including Home Loans, Business Banking & Financial Advice.
• Support customers with enquiries, account maintenance and processing applications for credit products.
• Educate customers on in-branch technology and digital banking options and demonstrate solutions.
