CommBank Bowral Branch is seeking a Customer Banking Specialist to help customers make smart financial choices and access our banking services.

You’ll have in-depth conversations about Home Loans, Business Banking and Financial Advice, support account enquiries, and demonstrate in-branch technology and digital options. A strong customer service background in financial services or retail is ideal, with clear communication and integrity.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering exceptional Customer Service in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality.
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain financial terms clearly.
Ability to ask the right questions, find solutions and place the customer at the centre.

Responsibilities

Have in-depth conversations with every customer about Home Loans, Business Banking & Financial Advice.
Support customers with enquiries, maintenance on accounts and process applications for credit products.
Demonstrate branch technology and digital banking options to customers.
Problem solve and provide effective solutions while upholding processes and risk controls.
