Job summary

Oceanic Agencies, part of the Close the Loop Group, is seeking a diligent customer-focused professional to coordinate orders and manage customer requirements from enquiry through to delivery.

You will be the trusted point of contact for customers, working with suppliers and the internal team to ensure accurate quotes, timely updates and smooth order fulfilment. This role suits someone who enjoys learning about products and building long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration, customer support, order coordination, internal sales or a product-based business.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer enquiries by phone, email and in person
• Processing, coordinating and following up customer orders
• Keeping customers informed about stock availability, lead times and delivery updates
• Developing a strong understanding of our products and how different customers use them
• Liaising with local and overseas suppliers to track stock and orders
• Preparing quotes and providing day-to-day support to the sales team
• Maintaining accurate customer, order and product information
• Working with the warehouse and broader team to resolve issues quickly
• Helping with other operational and administrative activities when required

Are you someone who genuinely enjoys getting to know customers, learning what they need and making sure nothing falls through the cracks?

We are looking for a diligent, organised and customer-focused person to join our small, high-performing team. This is not a call-centre role. You will work closely with our customers, suppliers and internal team to coordinate orders, solve problems and provide the reliable, knowledgeable service our customers value.

The role

You will become a trusted point of contact for our customers and help manage their requirements from enquiry through to delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

About you

You have experience in sales administration, customer support, order coordination, internal sales or a product-based business. Industry experience is welcome, but it is not essential….we are more interested in how you work.
