Job summary

Fuse Recruitment seeks a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support and manage orders and accounts in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will be the main contact for customers, coordinate with warehouse and operations, process orders in the ERP/WMS system, and help keep records up to date while maintaining SOPs.

Candidates with experience in logistics or FMCG, familiarity with ISO 9001/HACCP, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Cargowise will excel.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service or admin role, preferably within logistics or FMCG industries.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and HACCP compliance standards is desirable.
  • Experience using ERP/WMS systems (e.g., Cargowise) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for customers via phone, email, and portals, providing professional and timely responses.
  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring the accuracy of orders, pick requests, stock movements, and invoicing details.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, transport, and operations teams to resolve service-related issues and communicate updates to clients.
  • Process sales orders, returns, receipts and adjustments through the ERP/WMS system.
  • Escalate complex or urgent service and operational issues to the Customer Service Manager or Operations Manager as appropriate.
  • Assist with investigation and resolution of stock discrepancies, damages, or delivery failures.
  • Support company compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and records.
  • Maintain and regularly update customer SOPs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute feedback to enhance the customer experience.
  • Perform general administrative and office duties, including scanning, filing, shredding, and managing stationary supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of office, reception, and kitchen areas.
  • Complete stock transfers and adjustments as required.
