Arte Lab is a wholesale wall art company that designs, manufactures and distributes artwork across Australia. The role blends customer service with order administration and day-to-day operational support.

You will work closely with customers, production teams and distribution partners to ensure orders are processed accurately, customers stay informed and operations run smoothly behind the scenes.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer service, order administration and day-to-day operational support. You'll work closely with our customers, production team and distribution partners to help ensure orders are processed accurately, customers are kept informed and everything keeps moving behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Making outbound customer calls for order updates, confirmations and follow-ups
• Processing and reviewing customer orders
• Coordinating appointments and maintaining schedules
• Assisting with customer service and warranty claims
• Coordinating with our production team on order timelines
• Organising and following up deliveries and freight
• Monitoring outstanding orders and following up issues
• Maintaining accurate customer and order records

About you

• Has previous customer service and administration experience
• Is confident and professional on the phone
• Has excellent written communication skills
• Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Can comfortably manage multiple priorities
• Takes initiative and follows tasks through to completion
• Is confident using computer systems and learning new software
• Enjoys problem solving and working as part of a team
• Experience in order processing, manufacturing, production, wholesale or logistics would be highly regarded, but isn't essential
