Eco Outdoor is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Service / Logistics Coordinator (Fulfilment Coordinator) to join our Fulfilment & Customer Support team in Waterloo, Sydney. You'll support day-to-day fulfilment activities, ensuring accuracy in data entry, documentation, and stock coordination.

This full-time role is ideal for someone eager to launch a career in logistics, warehousing or supply chain management, with opportunities to interact with multiple stakeholders and contribute

Qualifications

• 0-1 years experience in customer service, logistics, warehouse fulfilment operations or administrative support (entry-level welcome).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with conflict resolution is highly regarded.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with team lead guidance.
• Strong interest in building a long-term career in operations or supply chain.
• Excellent attention to detail and advanced computer skills.
• Reliability, punctuality and drive to learn and grow.
• Experience with ERP systems or SOP documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support order handover from Sales with accurate data entry and basic validations.
• Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Assist in stock transfer coordination and ensure order readiness.
• Schedule deliveries to optimise routes and timelines.
• Maintain high service levels across all customer touch points (calls, emails, texts, in person).
• Address inquiries, resolve issues, and offer timely solutions.
• Update internal systems and maintain fulfilment SOPs.
• Escalate delays or anomalies to the Fulfilment Specialist.
• Attend WIP meetings and track order status.
• Support team admin and maintain data accuracy.

Requirements

We need you to bring...

• A team player who is happy to lend a hand to others and an ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, ability to work autonomously where needed and take instruction from your team lead
• A strong interest in building a long-term career in operations or supply chain
• Excellent attention to detail and advanced computer skills
• Reliability, punctuality, and a drive to learn and grow
• Experience with ERP systems (highly regarded) or SOP documentation
