EML is a leading Workers Compensation and Personal Injury Claims Management business based in Canberra. This permanent, full-time role provides administrative support to pro-actively manage personal injury claims within the relevant jurisdiction.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to work independently within a diverse team.
• Excellent verbal communication and data entry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to claims teams to help people get their lives back.
• Contact providers and customers via phone for clarification and follow-up of information.
• Review duplicate claims, payments, and update vendors as needed.
• Maintain claim file notes in the system as directed.
• Assist team to achieve goals and support customer satisfaction.
