Job summary

Clicks IT Recruitment is partnering with a leading Australian organisation to recruit a CRM Systems Administrator. You will oversee day-to-day administration, security, and optimisation of the enterprise CRM platform, working with cross-functional tech teams in a hybrid environment.

The role offers career progression in a growing CRM capability with exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and enterprise-scale initiatives. Melbourne or Sydney based with hybrid flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, Oracle CRM, SAP CRM, or other enterprise CRM/SaaS platforms.
• Experience managing user access, security roles and permissions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of CRM data quality, governance and system administration.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical users.
• Proactive attitude and ability to adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the enterprise CRM platform.
• Manage user accounts, security roles and access permissions.
• Monitor platform health, performance and system availability.
• Troubleshoot user issues and provide operational support.
• Maintain data integrity and support data quality initiatives.
• Assist with system upgrades, testing and release activities.
• Support Power Platform applications and automated workflows.
• Maintain documentation, governance and configuration records.
• Collaborate with technical teams supporting integrations and enterprise applications.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform performance and user experience.
