Job summary

Bupa in Melbourne is seeking a Technical Lead (CRM) to guide the CRM Development team, design and develop across Dynamics 365 Power Platform, and ensure best practices. The role partners with business representatives to deliver high‑quality CRM solutions and drive strategic outcomes for customers.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in CRM roles, leadership experience, strong SQL, Azure, and Power Platform skills, and a track record of delivering complex CRM projects in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

7+ years in a CRM Developer role or equivalent.
7+ years configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 (Sales or Customer Service).
Experience leading a team of 4–10 developers.
Experience with Azure and Power Platform services.
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
Experience with SQL Database is mandatory.
Experience with Azure cloud services and DevOps for cloud apps.
Experience in design/architecture; JSON and TypeScript.
Power BI and SSIS integration knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead the CRM Development team and drive high‑quality outcomes.
Oversee application design and development across CRM apps built on MS Dynamics 365 Power Platform.
Ensure best practices and delivery standards are followed.
