Job summary

B.Invested is expanding with a brand-new AI & Automation Specialist role based in Sydney. This 12-month full-time position will own the automation and AI function, connecting teams and ensuring secure, compliant usage across the business.

You will design and implement automation, administer Salesforce and HubSpot, and train staff to maximise AI value. Hybrid working and a focus on practical impact are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and building automation/AI solutions.
• Strong data privacy and security understanding.
• Ability to train non-technical staff to use AI/automation tools.
• Experience administering Salesforce and HubSpot preferred.
• 2–3 years in systems, automation, CRM or business-improvement roles.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation and AI solutions to improve efficiency across departments.
• Own administration of Salesforce, HubSpot, data quality and reporting.
• Set guardrails for safe, compliant AI use across the business.
• Train and support teams to maximise value from systems and AI tools.
• Drive continuous process improvements from lead gen through to settlement.
