Job summary

Customer Systems International – Bulleen VIC is seeking an ICT Sales Representative to identify opportunities, build client relationships and propose CRM and ICT solutions from initial consultation through implementation.

You will work with clients, technical teams and management to understand business challenges, present technology benefits, and support the sales cycle from discovery to contract.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in IT/Business/Marketing/Commerce or related discipline.
• Experience in ICT solution sales, software sales, CRM systems or technology consulting.
• Experience identifying customer requirements and translating to technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for CRM, customer engagement and ICT solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Consult with clients to understand business objectives and technology requirements.
• Analyze client needs and recommend suitable CRM platforms and ICT services.
• Prepare presentations, demonstrations and proposals explaining benefits of proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with client requirements.
• Manage the sales process from enquiry to contract negotiation and implementation support.
• Prepare forecasts, reports and business development strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
