Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and visitors to PlusIT and direct them appropriately.
• Answer incoming calls and enquiries; connect customers with the right team members.
• Maintain the showroom and support sales proposals, quotes and presentations.
• Coordinate follow-ups, CRM records and sales documentation; assist marketing campaigns.
