JLL is seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator to oversee day‑to‑day facilities operations at our Melbourne workplace. You will coordinate services, manage vendors, and ensure a high‑quality workplace experience for teams.

You’ll collaborate with contractors, building management, and internal stakeholders to maintain performance while tracking costs and identifying improvements. This role blends hands‑on coordination with strategic thinking.

Competenze

• Proven experience in facilities coordination, workplace services, or property management roles with demonstrated progression of responsibility.
• Strong vendor and contractor management skills with ability to maintain quality standards and accountability.
• Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Mansioni

• Coordinate routine facilities services including cleaning, HVAC, electrical maintenance, fire equipment, and kitchen services.
• Manage contractor relationships and QA programs to ensure vendor performance.
• Oversee work order management and conduct regular audits for accuracy and efficiency.
• Liaise with building management on maintenance issues, access passes, and ad‑hoc facility matters.
• Perform daily space defect checks to ensure equipment and spaces operate efficiently.
• Build business cases for site expenditure and manage approval workflows.
• Track cost savings initiatives and support quarterly business reviews.
• Direct reception and front‑of‑house operations with daily priorities and coverage.
• Collaborate with security teams on guard requests, access control, and safety protocols.
