Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Coordinator in Melbourne to manage facilities across a diverse property portfolio for our Telstra account. You will coordinate day-to-day facilities management activities, support client tenants, and partner with internal teams to maintain exceptional service levels.

The role requires strong communication, high organization, and a proactive approach to health, safety, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in facilities management, property management, hospitality, or related field; knowledge of WMS or Corrigo is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facilities management activities and manage work orders through Corrigo for the Telstra portfolio.
• Partner with the Property Services Centre and service providers to resolve escalations and maintain service standards.
• Assist in developing Maintenance Plans and reviewing property inspections; verify invoicing against rates.
• Serve as the primary contact for Facilities Management, ensuring health, safety, and risk compliance.
• Maintain property database systems and be available for after-hours emergency calls seven days a week.
