Responsibilities

• Provide strategic management and continuous improvement of outsourced services across Facility Management, Records Management and Business Support.
• Ensure safe, compliant facilities and service standards align with objectives.
• Manage service outcomes to meet or exceed KPIs and stay within budget.
• Oversee vendor management, procurement, contract administration and value assessments.
• Coordinate communications, training and problem resolution across sites.
• Ensure safety, security, and emergency preparedness across facilities.
